The Book of Us.

The Book of Us is a deeply personal, self-initiated project that I wrote, illustrated and printed as a one-off book for my husband. Blending humour, intimacy and everyday observations, the illustrations translate shared moments, in-jokes and emotional beats into a cohesive visual narrative. A consistent illustrative style, bright colour palette and considered pacing were used to give the book a sense of rhythm and progression, allowing it to read as both a story and a keepsake. Designed, laid out and produced end-to-end, the project explores illustration as a tool for memory, connection and storytelling, turning personal experience into a tangible, lasting object.
